SpamTrap is a fully-managed service. The low monthly fee includes:
- Around the clock updates of spam and virus filters
- Support via telephone, email and web site, and
- Modifications to client configurations as may be needed from time-to-time.

Many companies only offer email support or web-based support. They also may charge you if you need telephone support. At NetLiance, we do business the old-fashioned way. Telephone support is always included! More importantly, when you call us, your call will be answered by a representative who has considerable knowledgeable in this field.

As an example, if you have 20 email accounts at your domain, your total monthly cost is only $39.95 (approx. $1.99 per user) for SpamTrap without virus scanning.

Note:

1. An email account is considered to be any account that receives mail at your domain, e.g. john.smith@yourdomain.com and sales@yourdomain.com are considered as 2 email accounts.
   
   
2. All prices are for a single domain. Prices are based on quarterly billing which requires a credit card on file. Select annual billing, and get one month of service for FREE! Payment by check is accepted for annual billing plans.
   
   
3. Prices reflect normal bandwidth usage. Setup fee is a one-time fee. For pricing service levels for more than 100 users, please call 1-877-459-6709.
   
   
4. We consider "normal bandwidth" usage as 250 megabytes/per 10 users/ month. If you have file transfers from clients that may regularly exceed this amount, we recommend you set up a special email address at your domain for those transfers, and then instruct us to have email to that address bypass SpamTrap. There is no extra charge to set up bypass email addresses.
   
   
5. Labor for configuring client filters is provided as may be needed from time-to-time. Customized filters and frequent requests for changes and modifications may entail additional yet nominal fees. In any case where an additional fee may be required, the client will be so notified before any charge is incurred.
